As a guest, you will have your choice of three beautifully appointed suites with queen size beds. They all feature cream colored adobe walls with hand painted designs by a local artist Priscilla Sandoval and mesquite and juniper wood paneling. The two bedroom suite opens onto a glass walled sunroom which leads to a walled courtyard and a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
Breakfast is served "when you want it" and "as you like it." We offer a variety of freshly prepared foods including chile breakfast burritos, omelets, french toast, pancakes, fresh fruits, homemade breads, juices, teas, and good strong piņon cowboy coffee. Sylvia's stuffed french toast is a particular favorite. She says, "I slice the bread really thick. then I cut it almost in half. And I stuff it inside with jams and yogurt. Then it's dipped and baked." There is also a wet bar area fully stocked with juices and soft drinks and snacks.
